About our Bed & Breakfast
Grays' Haven is just that to its owners, Peter and Hilary Gray. It is the place they have chosen for their retirement after each serving over thirty years in the teaching profession. They have lived in Edmonton for over twenty years after emigrating from England in 1967 and teaching most of the time in rural Alberta schools. Peter retired in 1999, Hilary retired in June 2002, and Grays' Haven opened in August of the same year.
THE LOCATIONThe house is conveniently located in the heart of the university district, south of the North Saskatchewan River, close to the University Hospital, the Jubilee Auditorium, the Butterdome, and Foote Field. It is only a short distance to Southgate Shopping Mall, and easy transportation to the International Airport, WEM, Rexall Place, Commonwealth Stadium, Kinsman Fieldhouse, Commonwealth Pool, Fort Edmonton Park, Muttart Conservatory, and Downtown, as well as within walking distance of the Old Strathcona district. There are many other attractions. Please ask about them.
WE WILL BE CLOSED OVER CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR 2011-12, FROM DECEMBER 16, 2011 TO JANUARY 8, 2012
We will also be closing for the summer 2012 from May 15 to after September 20, 2012

Driving Directions
From International Airport or Calgary: North on QE11 highway into city. It becomes Gateway Boulevard (103 St)as far as 76 Ave, which is the first left turn after the Old Strathcona Arch. Drive to 112 St, turn right (N) for one block, turn right on to 77 Ave. 11115 is the 4th house from the far end.
From the West(Jasper-Highway 16)take the turning to the Whitemud Drive (East) to Fox Drive turning right after crossing the Quesnell Bridge (North Saskatchewan River)to Belgravia Road. Turn left at the T-Junction to 114 St. Turn left from middle lane so you will be on the right-hand lane going north on 114 St. Turn right on 76 Ave to turn left on 112 St, then right on 77 Ave. 11115 is the 4th house from the far end.

72 hours with full refund. After that time one night's accommodation
We will be closing from December 16, 2011 through Jan 8, 2012.
To mark our 10th year of B&B ownership we will also be taking an extended leave from the business in the summer of 2012. Closing on May 15 and reopening after September 20, 2012.
