Theme rooms, beautifully decorated, set the mood, and ample indoor activities give you all the expected comforts, wheather you like playing the piano, a game of chess, listening to music or roasting marshmellows on the open fire outdoors. The homey atmosphere makes it ideal for freind and family get togethers. Whitewood Sands offers you a private 2 level getaway with all the amenities of home. We provide a smoke-free home and accomodating to family pets on request.
The Loon Loft is on the third level of the B & B and offers outstanding views of the lake from the outside deck and an indoor sunroom with a loveseat. The bedroom is decorated in a garden floral theme with birds and has a connecting ensuite. Snuggle in bed and see the view thru the patio window.
The African Safari room is decorated with art and photos collected from Zimbabwe, a smaller but cozy room which also connects to an ensuite.
The Egyptian suite is on the main level and is decorated with papyrus grass beside the cast iron soaker tub in the adjoining ensuite. The room is connecting to the living room and outdoor screened in porch for views of the lake.

Driving Directions
45 minutes FROM EDMONTON travelling West on Hwy 16, Exit @ Wabamun,(Exit #324), Drive into town and turn Right at Stop sign, travel 8kms on Lakeshore Road to Whitewood Sands.
TRAVELLING FROM THE WEST turn Right (south from Hwy 16)at RR52, Fallis. Travel on Lakeshore Road for 5kms to Whitewood Sands.
TRAVELLING FROM HWY #22, turn onto Hwy 16 travelling to Fallis (RR52)
TRAVELLING FROM HWY #43 turn west on Hwy 16 and proceed to Wabamun (exit#324)
